Customer service geniuses that connect well to others (especially those in pain that seek our help) is the #1 quality we are seeking (*Spanish speaking a plus!).

Definitely a plus if you have insurance billing experience, education in anatomy, or have worked as a tech in other health care settings. This job will require you to not only give amazing customer service and multi-task constantly, but also verify insurance, take x-rays, and also run the non-surgical spinal decompression therapy table on occasion as well as the SoftWave therapy on some patients.

We are a rapidly growing clinic looking for customer service all-stars who are wanting a fulfilling career in true Health Care ! We have a saying in the clinic that "Miracles Happen Here!" and we want you to be a big part of the remarkable health transformations we routinely see happen week in and week out.

Initial duties would be to help answer phones, monitor our texting line, book appointments and be generally helpful to new and existing patients. Some of these people are in extreme pain, and you need to be a caring and empathetic individual with a heart for service! Light opening/closing and cleaning duties are a part of most shifts and work gets divided.

You would be trained on all aspects of the clinic and the care we provide for our patients. A willingness to also assist with patient rehab, teach basic health concepts and help promote our many health events would be a necessary quality!

Must be available Monday-Thursday (Averaging 30-40 hrs per week) 7am-7pm and includes certain later evenings and weekends when we have special events and health workshops you'd be a part of at the clinic and in the community. (Lunch and Learn events, Dinner with the Doc, Health Talks, Spinal Screenings at various community expos)

Training period would last 3 months and start at $18/hr. Showing proficiency in various tasks and a positive job review would earn you a bump up to $20+/hr. Your health care in the clinic (including state of the art corrective Chiropractic care) is paid for, for you AND your family (A value of several thousands of $ per year). Some benefits include (but not limited to) paid time off (5-10 days per year, depending on how many years you've been with us), $1,000 of yearly health related expenses covered (ex: Dental, Vision, Gym Membership, Oils, etc), $800 stipend per year for vitamins and supplements (We want you to be practicing healthy living in order to better lead our patients!).

We love blasting Worship music and the Beatles throughout the office and creating an energetic, positive environment geared towards healing.
