Full Job Description

Northern Heating & Cooling has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2+ years experience in Holland, MI, with above-average compensation for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• HVAC service, repair and maintenance in a residential and light commercial setting
• Diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, service, and perform maintenance on HVAC systems including but not limited to: RTUs, split systems, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, etc.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance of HVAC systems
• Daily record-keeping of all HVAC maintenance and repairs

Required Work Experience, Skills & Education

• 4+ years HVAC experience Required
• Understanding of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration concepts and principles
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Valid driver's license
