Taylor Life Center (TLC) is seeking a passionate and devoted LMSW, LPC, or LMFT licensed in the state of Michigan in a new office! TLC's Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and/or clinical supervision of case managers, therapists, and/or all other personnel assigned.
- Conduct interviews for clinical and administrative staff.
- Communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.
- Determine standards of performance as a basis to review the progress of personnel assigned; includes transfers, progressive discipline, and dismissals.
- Education/Training knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
- Train new staff in areas of departmental procedures, agency policy, and government or agency regulations
- Assist Human Resources to ensure all staff are up to date with CMH and corporate trainings and assist with acquiring all required employment documentation, which could include vital credentialing paperwork.
- Coordinate administrative activities of departments related to providing services, productivity, and/or monitor compliance with the clinician’s unit utilization/authorization.
- Actively participate in personnel, monitor, community, and payer meetings as needed.
- Monitor compliance with the therapy contract as needed.
- Monitor treatment plans and treatment goals.
- Actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process(es).
- Coordinate services with other treatment team members.
- Monitor compliance with the clinician’s unit utilization/authorization.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Education Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass all regulatory checks
- Masters degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Clinical State of Michigan license as a LMSW, LPC, or LMFT

Required Skills:
- Must maintain required training for credentialing for both privileges and third party insurances
- Ability to acknowledge diagnoses per symptomatology and/or DSM 5
