American Gasser Hot Rod Shop is looking to add to our team! Must have experience as we work on very high end vehicles.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint to vehicles or auto parts using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Perform quality checks to ensure paint job meets standards
- Assist with other tasks related to auto restoration or repair as needed
Skills:
- Experience in auto painting or auto restoration required
- Knowledge of different types of paints, primers, and finishes
- Ability to match colors accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Note: Experience in customer service, mechanics, or auto estimating is a plus but not required for this position.
