Home Manager / Resident Care Coordinator – Full-Time (Salary)

Green Acres of Allendale , an assisted living community, is seeking a Full-Time Home Manager / Resident Care Coordinator to lead and coordinate the clinical care and assist with daily operations of our 20-bed home.
Position Summary
The Home Manager / Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing clinical care coordination, supporting and educating staff, and assisting with administrative and operational functions to ensure high-quality resident care. This is a full-time, salaried position with on-call responsibility every other week , working closely under the direction of the Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee resident care and clinical services
- Assess resident needs and ensure care plans are implemented effectively
- Lead, train, and support direct care staff
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage and maintain resident and staff records in compliance with state regulations
- Handle scheduling, supply management, invoicing, and bank deposits
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Provide floor support when necessary, assisting staff and residents
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Promote a compassionate, resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Strong clinical, assessment, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for serving the elderly and leading a care team
- Experience in geriatrics and dementia care preferred
- Minimum 1 year facility experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
- Minimum 1 year management or supervisory experience preferred
- Medical license (LPN, MA, or similar) preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
