We’re a growing, entrepreneurial company seeking a Project Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to help manage project logistics, coordinate between our sales team and vendors, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from order to installation.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who loves organization, communication, and helping a fast-moving team succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Order Management:
  Coordinate, process, and track orders with Little Tikes Commercial and other vendors. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all documentation.
• Customer Service Support:
  Manage warranty and replacement part claims; collaborate with vendors and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Sales Support:
  Assist sales representatives with quotes, proposals, installation documents, and project submittals.
• Project Coordination:
  Support project timelines, monitor order progress, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Documentation & Organization:
  Maintain accurate digital records for orders, claims, and correspondence. Prepare reports and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  Work closely with sales, marketing, and accounting to ensure a seamless project and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Experience in project coordination, customer service, or inside sales support (construction, manufacturing, or recreation industries a plus).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with order management software a plus).
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
