Summary:

• Job Position: EH&S Professionals
• Salary/Pay: $34-38/hour, Per diem $125
• Shift: Day Shift - 6/10s
• Location: Saline, MI
• Start Date: 5/15/26 through December 2026
• Eligible for overtime after 40 hours

Requirements:

• Three years' experience in Construction includes: Roofing Work/Leading Edge and Fall Restraint/Prevention safe practices, Aerial Lifts, light to medium crane to roof rigging activities.
• Provide EH&S technical and cultural leadership for the roofing project team.
• Work with the assigned company Project and/or Construction Manager to ensure all applicable technical elements are understood and subsequent EH&S requirements are met for the site.
• Conduct ongoing field safety assessments and formal safety audits of activities related to the roofing activities, as specified in the assigned company written Safety Program for the project.
• Act as a technical safety advisor to the Project/Construction Manager and Employees.
• Facilitate regular site safety meetings and new employee/site orientations as needed.
• Complete regular, standardized reports detailing project safety status and report to the Project/Construction Manager or designee.
• Must be able to advise on OSHA, EPA and other pertinent safety and environmental requirements.
• Assist in external agency interactions (OSHA Inspectors, OSHA Log Management) as appropriate.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, document management, tracking systems)
• Must be a good communicator and team oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
