Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install, modify, and upgrade production machinery and facility infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PLC-controlled machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including preventative maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Welding and fabrication experience (e.g., MIG, TIG).
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration).
• Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
