Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from design transfer to full-scale manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve throughput, and enhance product quality.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement preventative measures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-5+ years of direct experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design of fixtures, tooling, and process layouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or other advanced manufacturing technologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced robotics programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Proficiency in manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation (e.g., IoT, digital twins)
