Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational reliability and uptime of all IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing processes.
• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including network, servers, databases, and shop floor technology (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, IoT devices).
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing data, intellectual property, and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, MES, and other production-critical software systems.
• Lead IT strategy and roadmap development, aligning technology initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and growth.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal support for manufacturing operations.
• Implement and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT systems to minimize production downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations and infrastructure within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with manufacturing-specific IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Ability to strategically align IT initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and process improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, and industrial networks.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) for manufacturing process optimization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or OT environments.
