Internal Audit Manager - Remote
Job Description
The Manager Internal Audit is dedicated to providing independent and objective assurance designed to add value and improve enterprise-wide operations. This role will lead the execution and reporting of risk based internal audits within Prime. This position evaluates the Company's operating controls and processes by overseeing projects that determine if controls are adequate, functional, and in adherence with regulatory requirements and Company policy.
Responsibilities

Manage the development, coordination and administration of the internal audit department including setting, reviewing and measuring auditing standards, and documentation of standards, processes and procedures

Develop, coordinate, execute, and/or perform assigned audits on the annual audit plan and escalate issues as necessary

Provide expertise to operations in the areas of identification and assessment of controls, development, or enhancement of these controls, process improvement activities and assessment of self-monitoring programs by management

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

6 years of Internal Audit, Risk Management, Consulting, IT audit experience
-
2 year of leadership/people management experience
-
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
-
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-
Ability to facilitate meetings of all levels of management
-
Skilled in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
-
Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
-
Project management experience with concurrent multiple projects and/or large projects
-
Experience maintaining effective relationships with operational management
-
Experience in healthcare, health insurance industry or highly regulated industry

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
