Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, technical, and administrative roles.
• Oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Administer performance management programs, including reviews, goal setting, and professional development.
• Coordinate and facilitate mandatory safety training and operational skills development programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive practices for all employees.
• Support the health and safety committee, ensuring HR compliance with plant safety protocols.
• Conduct workforce planning to address staffing needs and skill gaps within the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and EHS regulations relevant to manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and talent acquisition for diverse workforces.
• Ability to strategically partner with plant leadership to drive HR initiatives that support operational goals.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs specific to a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their HR implications.
• Demonstrated success in promoting a strong safety culture in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing workforces.
