We’re looking for a dependable, experienced CDL Truck Driver to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring equipment is delivered to and picked up from job sites safely and on time. The ideal candidate is professional, safety-focused, and committed to providing excellent customer service in the field.

In this position, you’ll operate a heavy-duty rollback truck to transport construction and rental equipment. You’ll work closely with dispatch and service teams to coordinate schedules, load and unload equipment safely, and keep deliveries running smoothly. Success in this role requires attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and job site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a heavy-duty rollback truck for equipment delivery and pickup.
• Load, unload, and secure equipment properly, with accurate documentation.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Follow assigned routes, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch on schedules, routes, and updates.
• Demonstrate basic equipment operation to customers when needed.
• Maintain logs for mileage, fuel, inspections, and deliveries.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times.
• Follow all company policies and federal/state regulations.
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance and report concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Experience in truck driving; equipment or construction transport preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work in various weather and job site conditions.
• Physically able to handle and secure heavy equipment.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions.
