We are seeking a Leasing Professional in Kalamazoo, MI who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred.

- Demonstrated lease-up experience
- Working knowledge with housing Tax Credits
- Phone and email etiquette
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience
