Payroll Administrator

Job Description

A client of Insight Global in the Allegan, MI area is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team! This individual will be responsible for processing semimonthly and weekly payrolls including garnishments, funding payrolls, account reconciliation, and audits (SOX and internal). Other responsibilities will include answering phones for past or current employee concerns and monitoring the payroll ticketing system. This is a hybrid position; onsite requirement may vary depending on the week.

Compensation:

$19/hr to $23/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 1+ year of Payroll experience

• Clerical/office environment work experience

• Excellent organization and communication skills - Experience with stock option exercises and/or SOX compliance
