Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant's strategic operational plan and objectives.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Manage the plant's profit and loss (P&L), budget, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across the facility.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer demand and delivery targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, including full P&L responsibility.
• Extensive background in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and supply chain management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth and efficiency targets.
• Strong knowledge and application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Track record of building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing operational teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to international operations or supply chains.
• Demonstrated experience leading successful digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Background in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
