We are looking for driven and customer-oriented Loan Officers to join our growing team. This is an in-person position offering competitive pay, generous commission structures, and support from a dedicated in-house team to ensure your successno matter where you work. As a Loan Officer, youll work closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process, offering expert advice and personalized solutions. Youll have access to modern tools, a wide range of loan products, and responsive support so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mortgage options and guide them through the loan process.
- Review financial documents and assess loan eligibility.
- Work with processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan approval.
- Stay current on lending products, rates, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.

- Experience in mortgage lending or as a Loan Officer

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Active NMLS license (required)
