Dynamic Environment: Work with state-of-the-art automated and semi-automated equipment. Your Role on the Team As an Assembler, you will be the engine behind our production line. You'll perform various tasks across our automated stations to ensure our fuel systems meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Production & Assembly: Operate blow-molding equipment, remove flash from tanks, and utilize post-mold cooling fixtures. Quality Control: Perform visual inspections, weigh parts, and record data to ensure every product is defect-free. Tech & Troubleshooting: Use computer systems to track production data and perform basic troubleshooting (clearing jams or resetting faults). Maintenance & Safety: Follow Standard Work Instructions, keep your station orderly, and perform first-level preventative maintenance (checking fluid levels/gauges). Teamwork: Participate in job rotations and communicate equipment malfunctions or quality shifts immediately.
