Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage strategies to optimize space utilization and inventory flow.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
• Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse environment, implementing and enforcing all safety regulations, procedures, and training programs.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.
• Manage warehouse budget, including labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery of products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics, supply chain operations, and safety regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance metrics analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• - Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) beyond basic data entry
• - Forklift certification or experience operating specialized warehouse equipment
• - Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and demand forecasting
