Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and calibrations.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve recurring technical problems.
• Manage service parts inventory and tooling required for field assignments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and control systems troubleshooting and repair skills.
• 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechatronics, industrial automation).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong customer service communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (e.g., 75%+) to customer sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI configuration.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with robotic systems, vision systems, or other advanced automation technologies.
• Ability to conduct customer training sessions and develop technical documentation.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to service territory.
