Physical Therapist

Pediatric Health Consultants, Inc . supplies contract services for physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy to children with disabilities in a variety of school districts in Southeast Michigan.

We have an excellent opportunities for Physical Therapists to work in a school setting.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluation, standardized test administration, treatment plan development and implementation, consultation, educating and working with other educational staff and parents, attendance at staff and parent meetings and IEPs/IFSPs as applicable.

Services are provided virtually and/or in person. Full or Part-time. Pediatric/school experience preferred.

Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Michigan with a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or DPT in Physical Therapy.

Christine Stiller, PT, PhD, the owner of PHC, has approximately 50 years of experience providing physical therapy services to children in schools and other pediatric settings, teaching students and colleagues about the provision of therapy services, and mentoring health care professionals from a variety of disciplines. She has worked in multiple school districts with children of all ages, diagnoses and special education certifications; taught courses related to child development, developmental disabilities, the Michigan IEP process and IDEA at Oakland University’s Physical Therapy Program for 40 years; and conducts research in the areas of pediatrics and teaching and learning.
