Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and development.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage budgets, and achieve operational targets.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards relevant to manufacturing.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
