Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity across manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee the implementation, support, and integration of Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all critical IT and OT systems to minimize production downtime.
• Lead IT projects focused on manufacturing efficiency, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to align IT strategy with production goals and operational excellence.
• Develop and enforce IT and OT cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans to protect plant operations and data.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on relevant IT and OT applications and systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and applications (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence principles.
• Demonstrated leadership in IT project management, team supervision, and vendor management.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices relevant to industrial control systems and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to strategically align IT initiatives with manufacturing business objectives and drive digital transformation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA systems.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Track record in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML for predictive maintenance) in a production setting.
