Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve performance targets.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing projects.
• Experience implementing or managing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.
