Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality inspection teams and technicians.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures and standards across manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality performance indicators and metrics.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality management system documentation and records.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a quality team.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100, GMP)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems
