What you'll do!

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional service delivery to our customers, making sure their needs are being met through every interaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer concerns effectively.


• Assist customers in placing orders, organizing shipments and invoicing.


• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.


• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our ERP systems.


• Provide support to our field and inside sales teams on customer matters and reporting.


• Support our NZ based Finance team with local customer care and communication.

This is a non-exempt position located in our San Diego office.

What you'll bring!

• Previous customer service experience is a must!


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.


• Proficiency in using customer service software, and ideally an ERP.


• A self-sufficient and resourceful attitude.
