Travel Nurse
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

Shift : Monday-Friday 0800-1630 (rotating weekends and holidays); One weekend on call per month, one evening on call per week.
Certifications Required:
MI RN License
BLS
Common diagnosis / Types of patients/patient demographics:
- Home Health and Hospice patients. CHF, Diabetes, Renal Disease, Wound Care, IV therapy, management of drains and other devices.
- Must have recent HH experience with proficiency in OASIS documentation
