Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage plant budget, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, material flow, and product delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large production teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
• Previous experience leading significant capital projects or facility expansions
