Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO, IATF) and company standards.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and inspection procedures.
• Monitor key quality metrics, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with production to identify and resolve quality issues on the manufacturing floor.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership and stakeholder interaction.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Minitab or other advanced statistical analysis software.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.
• Demonstrated experience leading quality improvement projects.
• Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485).
