Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in production machinery.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and test new production line equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing machinery.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant trade certification or equivalent industrial maintenance training/experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Proficiency in welding and light fabrication
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Certification or advanced training in hydraulics and pneumatics
