Automotive OEM Key Account Manager
What you´ll do
- Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan
- Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap
- Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Optimizes sales processes
- Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
- Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
- Responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etcDrive negotiations and global/regional/local contracts with key accounts
What makes you a good fit
- 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required
- Account strategy & planning
- Strong business development and customer mapping skills
- Proven ability to build networks and leverage social selling
- Effective cross‑functional collaboration with technical and commercial teams
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills
- High capability in complex problem‑solving and decision‑making

The salary for this role is $ 115,000.00 - $ 130,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
