Overview

Join a fast-paced, team-oriented dermatology clinic where youll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a Clinical Assistantopen to Certified Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN)to support providers and patients throughout the care process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on clinical work, patient interaction, and care coordination in a dynamic outpatient setting.

What Youll Do

• Room patients and obtain/document medical history in the EMR
• Assist providers during exams and dermatologic procedures
• Prepare and handle lab specimens
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
• Document pathology results and coordinate next steps
• Schedule appointments and treatments
• Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies
• Communicate with patients via phone and patient portal
• Support documentation, including scribing when needed
• Participate in team training and staff meetings

What Were Looking For

We are open to candidates with any of the following backgrounds:

• Medical Assistant (no specific certification required)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Michigan license required
• Registered Nurse (RN) Michigan license required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organization
• Team-oriented mindset

Preferred (Not Required)

• Dermatology experience
• Experience working in an outpatient or specialty clinic
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
