Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team members, managing performance and scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications.
• Monitor production schedules, adjusting resources and workflow as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and production scheduling.
• Proven commitment to safety protocols and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address operational challenges and collaborate effectively.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
