Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist

Are you passionate about helping little learners find their voices? We’re looking for a creative, collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our early childhood team!

In this role, you’ll:

• Work with preschool and early childhood students (ages 3–5) in play-based, engaging therapy sessions.
• Partner closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support communication growth in the classroom and at home.

• School-year position

• Early childhood caseload: preschool, GSRP, and special education preschool

• Start date: ASAP for the 2025–26 school year

Our Process:

1. Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team. Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
2. Learn about you- What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
3. Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each Job role.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting salary at $57,500-$75,000
• AnthroMed Team Members who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for the full-time employee benefits offered by AnthroMed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting preferred
• Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students
• Ability to obtain Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through LARA
