Construction Controller
Are you a finance leader who thrives in high-growth, "roll-up-your-sleeves" environments? We are representing a premier, family-owned construction contracting firm. This role will be reporting directly to the CEO and will have a team of two accountnats to help them tranform the business and streamline their processes.
salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- WIP & POC Management: Own the Work in Progress (WIP) schedules and Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting for long-dated, complex construction projects.
- System Integration: Close the loop between their Job Management Software and the General Ledger to ensure seamless data flow and job-costing accuracy.
- Operational Partnership: Work side-by-side with a visionary CEO to manage cash flow, union labor complexities, and capital allocation for a growing fleet.
- Process Excellence: Clean up and accelerate the month-end close process, providing the "GPS" for a business that is scaling at 100% YoY.
