This position serves as the Facility Manager for the Charles E. Egeler Reception & Guidance Center, including the Duane L. Waters HospiJal. The Reception CenJer has a prisoner population of 1260, and DWH is a 120-bed primary and secondary care health unit which services healthcare needs of prisoners throughout the State. Tite position is responsible for development of the spending and management plans, preparation of expenditure forecasts, equipment purchases and Motor Transport Vehicle coordination. This position provides direct supervision of the institution=s Quartermaster operations, Food Services, :N1ail Room and Physical Plants. This position serves a liaison function with the Region Business Office on questions and issues relating to accounting, purchasing and budgetary matters. Required Education and Experience

Education Possession of a bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field. Experience Four years of professional experience involving the application of the principles of finance or in two or more of the following areas of administrative management: human resources, information technology, purchasing, organizational analysis, or property management, including two years equivalent to the experienced (P11) level or one year equivalent to the senior, lead worker, or specialist (12) level.

Alternate Education and Experience

Education typically acquired through completion of high school and four years of experience equivalent to a Food Services Supervisor 11, Physical Plant Supervisor 12, or Industries Supervisor 13; or, two years equivalent to a Fire Safety Supervisor 12, Food Service Supervisor 12, Physical Plant Supervisor 13, or Industries Supervisor 14 may be substituted for the education and experience requirements.
