Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure all assembled products meet established quality standards and specifications through regular inspection.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and supply chain departments to optimize processes and improve product flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automated assembly processes or robotics
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)
• Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S)
