Entry-Level Management Trainee
We are seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees in our event fundraising division. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, donor engagement, and campaign management while providing a clear path for career growth into leadership positions.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our team to support and execute live fundraising events, build relationships with donors, and develop the skills necessary to manage campaigns and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events
- Engage with event attendees to promote charitable causes and secure donations
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally and enthusiastically
- Track donations, donor interactions, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed fundraising goals
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and sales strategies
- Support event setup, breakdown, and logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
