Finance Analyst (Reporting)

Finance Analyst (Reporting) Location Southfield, MI : Ensure an accurate financial reporting for the Country/ Region. Analyze income statement and balance sheet accounts, prepare financial statements for internal and external users. Work in constant contact with HQ interfacing also with other departments to coordinate and integrate information needed. Responsibilities: Provide support with financial month-end, forecast and budget reporting Oversee preparation and distribution of month-end reporting packages Facilitate credit coordination and analyses Perform data analysis and ad hoc requests Streamline financial reporting system (process improvement) Support tracking and reporting of performance enhancement projects Prepare competitor benchmarking Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as pre-requisite Have 2 to 5 years of progressive (financial) data modulation and analysis experience Applicants should be creative and self-motivated Commitment to continuous improvement in process efficiency and content quality Ability to handle multiple tasks, focus on details, ensure appropriate follow-up process Analytical skills with the ability to problem solving Ability to prioritize work while utilizing appropriate sense of urgency Advanced computer and data management skills - especially in Microsoft Excel Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
