Responsibilities: The foundational responsibilities for a Coordinator, Contact Center Customer Service as the voice of the brand is to engage with consumers and respond to inquiries, complaints and praise using limited communication channels in general supporting one primary business within the Nestle Nutrition Consumer Engagement Service Contact Center. Engagement channels may include but not limited to phone, e-mail, live chat, SMS text, social media, eCommerce, ratings and reviews. Foster consumer loyalty while driving sales and market share through exceptional customer service, expert advice, nutrition and product education. Pull through marketing brand promotions, facilitate eCommerce product transactions, upsell and cross sell where appropriate in alignment with business strategy. Process quality incidents in accordance with FDA and Nestle requirements. This position may support a 24/7, 365 day per year engagement center and could require availability for holidays, evenings and weekends.
