Entry-Level General Labor positions available in Litchfield on 1st shift . This role includes part finishing and light assembly.

General Labor Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm )
- 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm. If overtime working until 3:30pm. $17/hr.
- Perform part finishing duties such as sanding, grinding, or cleaning metal parts.
- Assist with basic product assembly using hand tools or simple equipment.
General Labor Qualifications:
- No previous experience required – training provided.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
- Steel Toes Required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
