Brake Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• 1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm M-F
• 2nd shift: 12pm to 11:30pm M-F (11-hour shifts)
• Pay: Depends on experience. Usually $20-23/hr.
• Set up, program, and operate brake press machinery to bend, form, and shape metal per blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machine or programming issues and resolve production problems
• Optimize production by reducing setup times and maintaining efficiency
• Maintain consistent quality standards across all parts
• Operate forklift equipment safely after training.

Brake Press Operator Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
