**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, addressing issues as they arise on the premises.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Document and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, and/or incidents observed during patrols or while on duty.
+ Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying identification as necessary, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the commercial real estate environment.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to support security-related operations and uphold client service standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
