Dynamics Analyst

Description

• Develop clear, detailed documentation for processes, workflows, and technical specifications—similar to a Business Analyst approach. Ensure documentation is updated and accessible for stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows for process automation and reporting. • Provide technical support and resolve issues via the ticketing system within SLA. • Ensure data integrity and security across ERP systems. • Train end-users and create documentation for system processes. • Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to align system functionality with operational needs. • 3+ years ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). • Microsoft Office Certification or 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • 3+ years experience with ticketing systems. • 3+ years experience in Power BI and Power Automate.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Novi, MI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
