Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in industrial machinery.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and implement corrective repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to customer personnel on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately in service reports and CRM systems.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during field operations.
• Manage service parts inventory and specialized tooling required for efficient field service delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment.
• 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a service territory.
• Proficiency in reading schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic) and using diagnostic tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients or diverse workforces.
• Experience with remote diagnostic tools and software platforms.
• Basic networking and industrial IT troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications in specialized areas like robotics, vision systems, or specific OEM equipment.
