Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Program and troubleshoot automation equipment, including robotics and vision systems.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and reliability through control system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel for controls-related issues.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Lead or participate in capital projects related to automation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, automation principles, and robotics.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition.
• Ability to design, implement, and commission automation projects from concept to completion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA)
• Proficiency with SQL databases for data logging, retrieval, and analysis
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with MES/ERP system integration concepts
• High-level programming skills (e.g., Python, C#) for custom applications or data processing
