We are a national law firm whose practice is focused on financings for hospitals, affordable housing, clean water, airports and education facilities.

We have an immediate need for a transactional associate in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a transactional legal practice, be motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethics and excellence, and enjoy a fast-paced professional environment. Michigan bar admission (or eligibility to secure bar admission on comity within 6 months based on admission to practice in another state) is required.

Expected compensation range is $200,000+
