Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing production management or a similar leadership role.

• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage resources, and meet output targets.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, or other process optimization tools.
• Proficient in budget management, cost control, and performance reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Experience implementing new manufacturing technologies or automation
• PMP or other formal project management certification
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish or other relevant languages
