We're expanding our team and looking for passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our innovative practice model. At Dockside Therapy, we support nurse practitioners in developing their private practices while providing significant administrative support to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric care to patients

- Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress, referrals to therapy as needed.

- Prescribe and manage medications as needed

- Offer telehealth consultations and respond promptly to patient needs

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

- Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a valid license to practice in Michigan

- Experience with EMR systems

- 1-2 years of experience as a Psychiatric NP preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

- Knowledge of the latest advancements in mental health therapy
