We are seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to support growth across Bay City, MI, and the surrounding areas . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating strong community partnerships, and representing a mission-driven organization known for exceptional hospice care.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, senior living communities, hospitals, and other referral partners.
• Represent The Care Team Hospice as a trusted, knowledgeable resource within the community.
• Develop creative outreach and territory strategies to grow census and expand brand awareness.
• Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient and family experience.
• Stay informed about local market trends, referral patterns, and competitive positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone active and connected in the Bay City/Midland/Saginaw community, with a natural talent for networking.
• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, nursing, or social work preferred (1+ years)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation: Base salary + Commission role. Base salary is $60K+.
